Our 52-week Batterer’s Intervention Program for court-mandated clients offers both men’s and women’s groups.
If you are court-ordered to the BIP program, the following information is required, and can be sent to us using the email address or fax number shown below.

• a copy of your sentencing report stating that you are sentenced to the 52-week program
• a copy of your police report

If you are using a fee waiver, you must provide a copy of your fee waiver and are required to call in weekly to check-in. If you do not continue to check in weekly, you will be taken off the waitlist and will need a re-referral from the court.
Requests for a letter of proof for the court must be received by Humboldt Family Service Center three (3) full business days in advance to allow the time required to process your request. Your request can be sent to us using the email address or fax number shown below.
