For Clients
At this time, we are providing only TeleHealth counseling services.
TeleHealth can be just as rewarding as seeing your therapist in person.
Our counselors are currently using Simple Practice to host TeleHealth (video) therapy sessions with our clients. You can do this from the comfort of your own home, from your car, or anywhere you feel is private and accommodating. You will need a computer or a phone with video/audio capabilities. If you do not have a webcam/phone camera, you can also have a phone session with your therapist at this time.

You will receive an email or a text message reminder from your
therapist with a URL (website link) before your appointment.
On Your Phone
Download the App
Download the app called “TeleHealth by Simple Practice.” The icon for the application is a blue background with a white speech bubble and a blue camera. It is not the application for clinicians.
Join the Chat
Click on the link that your therapist emails you.
It will open a video chat in the Simple Practice application where you can see and hear yourself and your therapist.
Be Seen and Heard!
Make sure to turn on your audio and video (buttons you can click on/off).
On Your Computer
Find Your Link
When you open the email, look for:——DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL MESSAGE——
There will be links to add it to iCloud, Google, or outlook: Your unique video appointment link: Join Video Call
Join the Chat
Click the Join Video Call link.
When you join the call – A page with a video of your face should appear. You’re now ready for your appointment!
Be Seen and Heard!
Make sure to turn on your audio and video (buttons you can click on/off).
Having Trouble?
- Not seeing a video feed? please allow your video camera to communicate with your browser or Simple Practice.
- Still nothing? Then make sure your camera is selected, and not covered with tape or something else.
- Also, make sure the correct microphone is selected and you can hear the test sound.
